3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to register as a customer, vendor, affiliate, or ambassador.
• Vendors must provide accurate business and banking details.
• Affiliates and ambassadors must comply with our promotional policies and Nigerian laws.

4. Account Registration & Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• Any activity performed under your account will be considered your responsibility.
• Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination.

5. Customer Terms

(a) Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• We may allow Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible transactions (subject to limits and availability).
• Payment gateways used on BenjazHub are secure, but customers must ensure accurate details.

(b) Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines depend on vendor and logistics partners.
• BenjazHub is not liable for delays caused by vendors, third-party couriers, or unforeseen events.

(c) Returns & Refunds

• Customers may request returns/refunds in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
• Certain digital or perishable products may be non-refundable.

6. Vendor Terms

(a) Vendor Obligations

• Vendors must ensure products are genuine, lawful, and accurately described.
• Vendors must not list counterfeit, illegal, or restricted products.
• Vendors are responsible for packaging, timely order fulfillment, and quality control.

(b) Commission & Payments

• BenjazHub charges a commission on each sale (rates may vary by category, including digital products).
• Vendor payouts are made periodically (e.g., weekly or monthly) to registered bank accounts.

(c) Store Conduct

• Vendors must maintain professional conduct with customers.
• Poor ratings, frequent complaints, or policy violations may lead to suspension.

7. Affiliate & Ambassador Terms

(a) Affiliate Program

• Affiliates earn commission from valid referrals and completed purchases.
• Fraudulent clicks, fake referrals, or manipulation of tracking systems will result in termination and forfeiture of commissions.

(b) Ambassador Program

• Ambassadors represent BenjazHub in marketing campaigns.
• Ambassadors must adhere to brand guidelines and avoid misleading promotions.
• Breach of terms may lead to removal from the program and withholding of payouts.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users (customers, vendors, affiliates, and ambassadors) must NOT:

• Engage in fraud, spam, or illegal transactions.
• Infringe on intellectual property rights.
• Post misleading or harmful content.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the website or its systems.

9. Intellectual Property

• All website content, logos, graphics, and materials are the property of BenjazHub.
• Vendors retain rights to their product images and descriptions but grant BenjazHub a license to display them on the platform.
• Affiliates and ambassadors may use approved marketing materials only.

10. Limitation of Liability

• BenjazHub provides a marketplace platform and is not the manufacturer or direct seller of most products.
• We are not responsible for product defects, damages, or disputes between vendors and customers.
• BenjazHub is not liable for losses arising from misuse of our services, payment delays, or third-party service failures.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if users:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions.
• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
• Provide false or incomplete registration details.
